Aernandez Homes is committed to doing what is best for our community, homebuyers and staff. We are following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations regarding COVID-19 and have implemented changes.

What to Expect
 

• Model homes open with entry restrictions. 

• Sales and visitors required to wear masks.

• Consistently scheduled professional cleanings of model homes and offices.

• Common areas and frequently touched surfaces will be wiped down and sanitized throughout the day.

• Social distancing of 6 feet between each other and refraining from handshakes.

• Hand Sanitizer provided upon entry. 

As the recommendations are updated, we will adjust our response as a company.
